SEO Quartz provides digital marketing, SEO, PPC, website design and development, mobile app development, and white-label digital services to businesses and agency partners worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit www.seoquartz.com (the “Site”), engage us directly for services, or interact with us through a white-label reseller partner.

By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Who This Policy Covers

This Policy applies to three categories of individuals:

  • Site Visitors — anyone browsing www.seoquartz.com, filling out a contact form, or subscribing to our newsletter.
  • Direct Clients — businesses and individuals who engage SEO Quartz directly for SEO, PPC, web/app development, or related services.
  • White-Label Partner Clients — agencies, freelancers, and consultancies who resell SEO Quartz’s services under their own brand (“Partners”), and the end clients of those Partners whose campaigns, websites, or accounts we work on behalf of the Partner.

Where obligations differ between these groups, this is called out specifically in Section 5 (White-Label Data Handling).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title
  • Billing and payment details (processed via secure third-party payment processors — we do not store full card numbers)
  • Project details you submit through contact forms, quote requests, or Calendly bookings
  • Communications sent to us via email, phone, chat, or Skype

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) automatically collect:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring/exit URLs, and click activity
  • Approximate geographic location (derived from IP address)
  • Cookie and similar tracking technology data (see Section 4)

2.3 Information Collected Through White-Label Engagements

Where we deliver services on behalf of a Partner, we may receive information about the Partner’s end clients — such as business contact details, website/ad account access credentials, analytics data, and campaign performance data — solely to the extent needed to perform the contracted work. See Section 5 for full detail.

2.4 Information from Third Parties

We may receive limited information from platforms you connect for service delivery, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Manager, or similar advertising and analytics platforms, when access is granted by you or your Partner for campaign management purposes.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver, manage, and improve the services you or your Partner have engaged us for (SEO, PPC, web/app development, content marketing, etc.)
  • Respond to inquiries, quote requests, and support tickets
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Send project updates, performance reports, and — where you’ve opted in — newsletters and marketing communications
  • Run and measure the performance of our own advertising, including Google Ads campaigns
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Site
  • Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies, Google Ads & Analytics Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to measure and improve our own advertising performance.

Google Analytics & Google Ads: We use Google Analytics and Google Ads (including remarketing/retargeting and conversion tracking) to understand Site traffic and to show relevant ads to people who have previously visited our Site on other websites they visit. This involves the use of first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the Google Advertising cookie) together.

Google Tag Manager is used to deploy these and other tracking tags on the Site.

Other technologies used on the Site include Google reCAPTCHA (spam/bot protection on forms) and embedded YouTube video players, each of which is subject to Google’s own privacy practices — see Google’s Privacy Policy.

For more detail on Google’s use of data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

5. White-Label Data Handling

Because a significant share of our business is delivered through white-label reseller Partners, we apply the following specific commitments:

  • Confidentiality of the arrangement. Unless a Partner instructs us otherwise in writing, we do not disclose to a Partner’s end client that SEO Quartz is performing the underlying work. All communication, reporting, and branding visible to the end client remains under the Partner’s identity.
  • Purpose limitation. Data shared with us by a Partner about their end clients (e.g., ad account access, analytics logins, website credentials, business contact details) is used strictly to deliver the contracted SEO, PPC, or development work — never for our own independent marketing or resold to other parties.
  • No direct solicitation. We do not use end-client data obtained through a white-label engagement to solicit that end client directly, or to bypass the Partner relationship, during or after the engagement.
  • Data flow. Information may flow between the Partner, SEO Quartz, and third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, hosting providers) strictly as needed to execute the work. Each party remains responsible for obtaining any consents required from their own end clients before sharing data with us.
  • Retention and deletion. End-client data obtained through a white-label engagement is retained only for the duration necessary to deliver services and any agreed reporting period, and is deleted or returned upon the Partner’s request or termination of the engagement, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
  • Partner responsibility. Partners are responsible for ensuring their own privacy notices to end clients accurately reflect that a third-party provider (SEO Quartz) may process data on their behalf.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who support our operations (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, CRM), bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to the extent necessary to run and measure our own campaigns
  • White-label Partners, limited to information relevant to the services being delivered for their end clients
  • Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
  • Successors, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets

7. Data Security

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted internal access — to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
    Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
  • Request a portable copy of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (including client case studies, social media, and partner sites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The “Effective Date” at the top will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
